We kindly ask that you understand the impact of missed or late-cancelled appointments. When an appointment is forgotten or not canceled with sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to other clients, including those on our standby list who are eager to receive our services. To help avoid missed appointments, we provide a confirmation 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service price. Rescheduling will be necessary if arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled time. $25 fee will be charged if arriving late. Additionally, a $50 fee will be charged for no-shows. Our cancellation policy is in place to help us manage our schedule efficiently, accommodate more clients, and maintain the high level of service we strive to provide for both our regular and future guests.
